When no person is valued over another: jealousy and envy are scarce
When objects are not sought and cherished, theft is hard to find
Not flaunting the rare and luscious, craving subsides
And this is how a wise leader governs
Not having the people value positions, pomp, and productions
And instead giving food and necessities
Allaying ambitions and in its stead strengthening bones
For when people lack greed and desire
Then they do not act out of negativeness
And when negative actions are rejected
Harmony thrives
