This workshop introduces a technique to gain a deeper understanding of your dreams and to better understand what your higher self, or Soul, is communicating to you through your unique dream language. In Sanskrit, the word ‘yoga’ is used to signify a form of connection or union. Through Dream Yoga, we will connect our conscious waking state our unconscious dream state to gain valuable information from Soul.
