Tai chi originated as a form of internal martial art and evolved into a myriad of differing emphasis. Both traditional and modern training forms exist, all focused on achieving different results. This course introduces Tai Chi as a method of combining yoga and meditation through gentle movements. The practice serves as a meditative exercise for the body and fosters a calm and tranquil mind.
