Do not control the people with laws
No through violence nor espionage
But rule with non-action
For the more morals and taboos there are
The more there is cruelty
The more guns and weapons there are
the more factions divide
The more rewards and fame there are
The more envy flourishes
The more laws and taxes there are
The more theft corrupts
Yet take no action and people will be responsible
Make no laws and people deal fairly
Own no ulterior interest and people will be generous
Express no desire and people will be in harmony
