The Tao gave birth to reality
And reality, to sensation
Sensation gave birth to thought
And thought, to all else
Each thought contains feeling and action
And possibility to be in harmony with the Tao
As others have taught, so do I teach:
Whoever loses harmony with the Tao
Loses harmony with what is natural
This is the root of my teaching
