It's been a month to the day since the last update on the garden gate project, and as you can see, there is progress, significant progress. Once the herbs and shrubbery were pruned or removed, the space opened up, and the design took shape. The expansiveness of the area demanded a more substantial header and a gate to match in size. The top cap of the fence section will go in this weekend, followed by a custom designed iron Circle of Trees logo to hang above the gate.
The surrounding garden work will resume after the winter break. Redrawing the path and reworking the garden beds to allow more herbs, vegetables, and a fruit tree or two will round out the project and should put the project on target for a spring 2018 completion just in time for the new year at Circle of Trees.
