In our everyday life, we are exposed to many different emotions. They can range from love, happiness, hate, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, superiority over others and anger to name a few. These emotions give off energies that our bodies may absorb and can create an illness within ourselves. These energies may cause us to have an illness that cannot be explained by modern medicine. In this case, we need to look deeper within ourselves to find the cause and a way to balance and cleanse our energy.
Pranic Healing involves balancing and cleansing the seven energy centers, known as Chakras. When each of the energies is activated and tuned, it is easier to balance and integrate consciousness. When consciousness is untied, flowing, continuous and integrated, the chakras can remain open and tuned longer. Balance in consciousness facilitates balance in the chakras.
This course will introduce you to the seven energy centers, as well as techniques to balance and cleanse the chakras through meditation, use of color and vibration and creative visualization. The first class provides the background information necessary to begin exploring each of the seven chakras. Each subsequent class starts with a brief discussion of the selected chakra. This will include color and tonal correspondence; as well as other elemental correlations. Finally, a guided visualization will take your consciousness to the energy center to open and heal it as well as achieve movement. The overall goal of the course is to achieve movement and balance in all seven chakras.
